Service Description

Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to help clients reach their personal goals. We will begin with an intake where we discuss topics like your current health status, medical history and goals through yoga therapy. Throughout the first few sessions I will create a program to move you towards your goals. We will find what you enjoy, what works for you and yields tangible results! Session will also include hand written notes and drawings of what we covered. Yoga therapy can help those who want (to): -decrease medication -alleviate pain -improve physical function -improve quality of sleep -better manage stress -increase athletic performance -recover from injury -care while post and pre operation -lower blood pressure -create healthier habits -a better quality of life! *Ayurvedic constitutions are also taken consideration during yoga therapy programs.
