This immersive workshop is for the yogi, parent, professional, teacher, musician, artist, climber, athlete, performer, teacher, and creator. Essentially, if you’re a human with hands and feet, this is for you!
The ability to use our hands and feet can greatly impact our quality of life. If you’ve ever injured or experienced pain impairing function, you know how it can hinder even the simplest tasks. Not only can that be disempowering, frustrating and exhausting, it can create a harmful feedback loop emotionally, mentally and physically.
