Restore and Sound

The first half of the event, you will be guided into restoring postures to help prepare the body for deep rest and relaxation. We have blankets, blocks and eye pillows at the studio available for use, and you are welcome to bring whatever else might make you even more comfortable.  The second half will consist of a sound bath with crystal quarts sound bowls, chimes, bells and harmonium to allow the body and mind to rest and release. Sound has the powerful ability to effect the body on a cellular level, it helps to promote mental clarity, sound sleep and so much more!  Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and water. You might also like to have your journal for reflections.
