Restore and Sound

Join us for a relaxing evening of restorative yoga followed by a live sound bath. With the use of bells, chimes, crystal quarts sound bowls and harmonium stat your weekend off right filled with rest and restore. 

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, water bottle and any personal props you might like to make yourself comfortable like a blanket, cushion or yoga blocks. 

There are props for you to use at the studio on a first come first serve basis.
