Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath

Take a restful pause and reconnect with stillness during this deeply soothing Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath experience. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a short guided meditation to ground the body and settle the mind. Then you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a form of conscious rest that invites your entire system to soften and release tension layer by layer.

As your awareness drifts inward, you’ll be bathed in the healing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments—designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance from within. This practice is suitable for all levels and requires no movement beyond finding a comfortable resting position.
